Court document validate that Chris Attoh’s wife was legally married to another man

The deceased was married to Chris Attoh and another man identified as Kedrick Jenifer.

However, a court document showing that the deceased was legally married to another man has popped up to validate the aforementioned.

The court document stipulated that Chris Attoh’s wife was still legally married to one Kedrick Jenifer although they were undergoing a divorce process in court.

In the document, Bettie Jenifer’s name was seen as the defendant in a case filed against her by the husband Kedrick Jenifer.

According to the document, the case titled ‘Jenifer vs Jenifer’ was categorized as a domestic family case.

The information in the court document indicated that Kedrick Jenifer had filed for absolute divorce against his wife.

The case which was considered a domestic family issue had an attorney until the demise of the defendant, Bettie Jenifer.

The document comes as a surprise to many because the defendant, during the period of the suit, was married to popular Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh.

It could be recalled that Chris Attoh and Bettie Jenifer tied the knot in October 2018 at a private location in Accra with few friends and families in attendance.
